Errata is the term used in the Latin formula for the assignment of mistakes made in a case. In certain appellate courts it is the title of the order correcting errors in an issued opinion.

Norway is not rushing to pass a Noridic Patriot Act in response to the horrific weekend attack by a single insane person. The Prime Minster is quoted as saying,
It's absolutely possible to have an open, democratic, inclusive society, and at the same time have security measures and not be naive.
